2026 Price Increase

2026 Price Increase

It was a long discussion that's led us to this point. Months of maths, maths, and more maths. Unfortunately, the outcome was always going to be some form of price rise across our Signature Roast range. We're not going to bleat about it, we've all heard it a thousand times over from companies and how tough the operating environment is.

What we are going to bleat on about is how we're really proud of the coffee we roast, and we're even more proud of the price point we can do it at. It's about strong friendships with our suppliers, connections made through decades of history, some shared personal life experiences, and an ethos of looking out for each other.

It means we get the best coffee, at the best price. However even that doesn't protect us from the inevitability that costs in the long run will only ever go up.

We still want to strike a balance. So here's our strategy that will kick in on the 10th of May:

  1. All 250g bags will increase to £10.95.

  2. All 1kg bags will increase to £41.80.

That means buying a 1kg bag will be £2 cheaper than buying 4 x 250g bags. This is to represent the efficiencies we achieve with the larger bag, and it's a way of trying to give you some of that saving back. Provided you use the reseal strip on the bag, and keep it in a cool, dark place (cupboard) the flavour profile will easily last four to five weeks.

  3. Price Lock Promise: If you take out a subscription before the 10th of May, we will price lock you at £9.50 for 6 months. This is our way of saying thank you for your support. Subscriptions help us plan ahead and bring a time saving for us.

  4. The Coffee Club reward scheme will remain. We're seeing a really nice use of it, with people cashing in their points for bags. The points cost per bag will increase to match the new price, so if you've got them, spend them before the 10th!

So the price goes up, but we're still trying to do whatever we can to squeeze in a saving for you. That's always been part of our customer facing ethos. We don't do this for the money, we do it for the love of the craft, for the face to face chats over a coffee in our roastery when people pop in to buy or just visit, the experiences and the audience engagement, it's the whole journey, and it's what we're here for.

Thanks for sticking with us.
